Payments
Craving Boost is an
online store and we use Paypal for all our transactions. It is an easy, free,
and safe way of shopping online. If you don't have an account, signup is
free! Right now we are unable to accommodate for other forms of payment,
please contact us if you have any questions.
All our prices are in
Canadian dollars, eh.
Once the payment is
received, we will work on filling and shipping your order in a timely manner.
We try to fill small orders within a few days, however some of the more
complicated parts (shifters, etc) take a long time to produce since we make
nearly everything in house, so wait times might be a few weeks. We
appreciate your patience ahead of time. Unfortunately we don't stock
these parts on the shelves, nearly everything is custom made after the order
has been placed. However, if
there are any delays in your order being filled, we will email to let you know
the problem and approximate shipping date. If you change your mind on colour,
please let us know immediately.
Prices are subject to
change without notice. Prices listed on this website can be considered up to
date.
One-Year Warranty
We strongly believe in the quality of everything we sell
here at Craving Boost. If it doesn't work or you are having problems with a
product, please let us know, the product may be improperly installed or you
may have to change certain settings in your vehicle. If your car is heavily
modified, please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure our product
will fit before we send it out to you!
If our product breaks through normal use, (not including
rallying, crashing into a wall, etc.) please contact us and we will work with you to exchange your
product for a new one or offer you an alternative product.
The one-year warranty begins from the day we ship your part. No refunds
will be given once the part has been shipped. If something does break,
regardless of how, we are very curious to know about it.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, and
try to make it as affordable as possible for all our customers. Most of our
products are shipped through Canada Post.
All
products are shipped surface mail, residents of US and Canada can expect the
package within 1-4 weeks of being shipped. Overseas packages can take
6-8
weeks through surface mail. If
you need your part quickly we can ship it express air mail, please email us
before ordering and we will add an extra shipping charge to your bill. The
shipping cost is usually double. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
contact us.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS! (anyone outside of north
america)
We highly recommend that you choose airmail for
your products. The cheap surface mail will take around 2 months to
arrive, whereas airmail will get there in 1-2 weeks. If you would like
airmail, after you place your order you can paypal us directly to
Sales@CravingBoost.com.
Figure out what your cost of shipping was on your order, then send us that
amount again with a note saying airmail please.
Shipping charges will be added to
the total automatically. Ontario residents are to pay 8% PST, and Canadian
residents are to pay 5% GST, they will be automatically added to your paypal
bill before finalizing your order.
Custom Duties and
Taxes
If you live in the US
or Canada, there are no customs duties or taxes charged to you upon receiving
our products. International customers may be charged upon receiving a product
depending upon the laws of your country. Craving Boost is not responsible for
any of these fees.
Privacy
Craving Boost ensures that all our customer information
is private. We do not release email addresses or names to anyone unless
required by law.
Disclaimer
CravingBoost shall not be liable for any consequential,
incidental and contingent damages arising from, but not limited to, the sale,
transportation, installation, use or repair of its products. Customer shall be
responsible in selecting a reputable installer with current liability
insurance to cover any damage that may arise through installation of
CravingBoost products and/or your vehicle. CravingBoost's listing and any
recommendation of facilities shall not constitute as a ground for any
liability. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement,
CravingBoost's maximum combined liability shall be limited to the payments
made by the facilitator under this agreement for the specific product that
caused the alleged damages. |
