Turbo Oil Feed Line Kits
(for all Volvo B21, B23, B230 redblock engines)
Using only the highest quality
components, we have assembled the perfect oil feed kit for our volvo turbos.
The kit includes everything you need to replace the factory metal lines.
Designed to work with Garrett T3 style turbos, if you are using a different
turbo just e-mail us to find out what you need. This kit screws into the
1/4" NPT oil gallery port on the very front of all redblock engines
(pictured), just under
the water pump. This lets you keep your oil pressure sender and dummy
light where they are. A great way to get oil when installing a turbo on
a non-turbo engine block!
350psi working pressure with a 1000psi burst
pressure, this hose is more than up to the task!
(Engine oil pressures rarely top 100psi.)
Installation guide with pictures coming soon, but
it's pretty easy.

Also,
if you have a stock turbo engine block, then your factory metal tube oil feed connects to a banjo fitting about halfway back just behind the oil filter.
If you upgrade to any of our oil lines you will have to plug this hole,
the thread is M14x1.5. I can hook you up with the proper fitting for
an extra $9, it even comes with a sealing o-ring. You're welcome to
find your own method of plugging it, in the past I have cut off the tube
part of the banjo fitting and welded it shut, worked great and was free!

Stainless
steel braided hose with teflon liner
The ultimate in luxury, looks and performance.
For that engine that needs to look "just so", or needs to perform at 130%,
this stainless steel oil feed kit is just the ticket. Higher heat rating
than the rubber hose above, more durable and abrasion resistant as well.
(not pictured are the two included fittings, one
90* 1/4" NPT that screws into the very front of the block, and one 1/8" NPT
that screws into the top of your Garrett style turbo. If you have a
Mitsubishi turbo or something else, e-mail me and ask, I'm sure I can hook you
up.)

Silicone
oil drain hose
Available in 5/8" or 3/4", this silicone hose is
very resistant to the high temperatures encountered when living under a
turbocharger. Very flexible to deal with snaking return paths.
Much better than the rubber hose you can buy at the hardware or car parts
store, which WILL burn up eventually, trust me. The stock metal drain
tube is fine, for stock turbos. But when you start adding turbos to
non-turbo engines, or installing interesting combinations of turbo/manifolds,
then you're stuck with making your own drain hose. I like to cut off
most of the stock metal drain tube and leave a few inches sticking off the
upper flange, then hose clamp this silicone hose to it. Works great,
since the oil return path sees 0 pressure, just flow. The block end gets
a bit interesting. Since my engine is a non-turbo engine, it has no spot
for oil to return. I drilled a 3/4" hole and welded on a hydraulic JIC
fitting with a hose barb attachment. Other people use a few inches from
the bottom of the stock drain line, a few inches from the top, and stick
enough hose in between to fill the gap. Works great. Up to you how
to install it, this is unfortunately not a bolt in kit.

The direction of my business is changing and I will be ceasing
production on nearly all of my products for the next few months. I
need to concentrate on family, R&D and producing my big blow off valves!

Opening most of the store back up again. Very busy catching up on
old orders of shifters and BIG strut braces. Also in my spare time
I'm working on converting my milling machine to CNC, very cool!
